Registration fee (VAT excluded):
Academic: 4,000 CZK / 160 EUR*
Non-academic: 8,000 CZK / 320 EUR*
*EUR amounts are calculated using a fixed exchange rate of 25 CZK/EUR.
Registration deadline: 30 April 2026 (23:59 CET)
Acceptance notification – 5 May 2026
Applicants will be informed by email about the outcome of the selection process and asked to confirm their participation.
Payment deadline – 21 May 2026
Please note that after payment, the registration fee is non-refundable.
Selection
The course is limited to 15 participants to ensure an intensive small-group format. If the number of applications exceeds the course capacity, a selection process will be carried out by the organizers.
Selection is based primarily on the applicant’s motivation and the relevance of their research project. If necessary, we aim to form a balanced group of participants with comparable levels of experience.
Course fee
The course fee includes all materials required for the hands-on sessions, temporary software licenses, consumables, access to all lectures, organized social program, and all meals and refreshments provided during the course days.
Travel costs and accommodation are not covered by the course fee and must be organized individually by the participants.
