The course fee includes all theoretical lectures, practical sessions, lunches, and refreshments.
Registration deadline – 30 September 2026.
All materials needed for the hands-on sessions and meals during the days will be provided (coffee breaks with snacks, lunch).
Travel costs and accommodation are not covered by registration fees and are organized individually by participants.
Selection
The course is designed for a maximum of 15 participants. Participants should have prior experience in light microscopy imaging. In the case that we will need to do some selection, we will try to get together participants with similar level of experience.
All applicants will be notified of the outcome of the selection procedure by 5 October 2026.
Payment
Selected candidates will be informed by email about payment details.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
All cancellations must be announced in writing (by post or e-mail sent to the course organizers) on the following conditions:
- Before 15 October 2026 (23:59 CEST): a full refund of the fee will be made;
- After 15 October 2026: unfortunately, no refunds are possible.
